Check that enquiries can arrive
Submit a test enquiry from your phone and computer. Check that it reaches the correct inbox and that the visitor sees a genuine confirmation. Test your telephone and email links as well. A broken form can make a working marketing channel appear ineffective.
Check what is actually being measured
No recorded traffic is not necessarily no visitors. Analytics may be missing or configured incorrectly. Search Console can help show Google search impressions and clicks, while website analytics describes tracked visits. Neither should be treated as a complete count of every possible interaction.
If few relevant people reach the site
Check whether important pages can be accessed and indexed. Then review whether they describe the services and customer needs you want to be found for. A page that only says your business provides “solutions” may leave its actual offer unclear.
Search visibility takes more than changing the design. It can require stronger content, technical fixes, relevant promotion and time to evaluate the results.
If visitors arrive but do not enquire
Read the page as someone choosing a provider. Can you identify the service, coverage area and next step quickly? Does the page answer practical questions? Are the work examples relevant and believable? Is the form asking for information that is unnecessary at this stage?
Check mobile use carefully. Small text, obstructive pop-ups and unclear contact links can make a simple enquiry unnecessarily difficult.
Improve the part that is failing
If the site has little relevant visibility, investigate search and acquisition. If visitors are interested but cannot understand the offer, improve the content. If they struggle to submit the enquiry, fix the process. A redesign may help, but the evidence should determine the scope.
